1. Wait till January to give up beer
2. Taking up going to the gym and working out can be put off till January as well
3. If you put up decorations, make sure you take them down before the twelfth night!
4. Make time to meet up with friends you haven't caught up with recently
5. Try to stay away from people who sing along to terrible Christmas songs or dress up all the time
6. Eat raw garlic and take Zinc supplements if you come down with a cold
